Shipping
Items which are currently in stock will ordinarily be shipped within 2 working days. Non-stock items usually take 1 – 2 weeks. The customer will be advised if for any reason the order will take longer than 36 hours before dispatch.

Delivery Times
Deliveries within the United Kingdom are sent by Royal Mail First Class post. These deliveries usually arrive within 24 hours of dispatch. Packages above 2 kilograms are sent Royal Mail Standard Parcel which usually arrive within 48 hours.

Shipments outside the United Kingdom up to 20 kilograms in packaged weight are sent Royal Mail Air Mail. Shipments to European countries usually arrive within 10 days. Shipments to further destinations usually arrive within 3 weeks.

We try to keep the cost of shipping as low as possible while still ensuring rapid delivery of goods. We base our shipping charges on Royal Mail UK and international package weight postal rates.
